Hello, my name is Amar. I am a PhD candidate at the Data-Driven Neurotechnology Lab, supervised by Michael and Jordy. My research theme is “Closed-Loop Stimulus Optimisation: Combining Scene-Based Stimulation with Visual BCI”. I work on an alternative to the screen-based matrix speller: an in-the-scene BCI, where the stimulation is applied to objects in the user’s environment rather than to symbols on a display.
